The newly built building is located in the middle of a pasture area, facing southeast, above the center of Schönberg in the Stubai Valley, which can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Schönberg in the Stubai Valley is ideally located for various summer and winter activities. The Stubai Glacier can be reached in just 40 minutes by car or public transport. Innsbruck, the capital of Tyrol, can be reached in 15 minutes via the A13 and public transport. The holiday apartment is directly on the Stubai cycle path, and in the evening the forests are perfect for a nice walk.
